1.Sliema/St. Paul’s: Gozo, Comino & Blue Lagoon Ferry Cruise

★★★★★★★★★★4.1 · 780 reviews · from $40Our pick

Spend a full day cruising Malta’s northern coast, with about two hours in Gozo and two hours at Comino’s Blue Lagoon. The modern, air-conditioned catamaran has Wi-Fi, toilets, a bar, and indoor seating. This is an independent ferry trip, not a guided tour, so plan your own time and transport in Gozo.

“Air con boat. Searched for seats as people using seats for their luggage (annoying for families)! Went on Hop on Hop off bus in Gozo, tight on timings to return to our boat but made it. They were counting people on and off thankfully. Gozo was pretty and info on bus was clear. Blue lagoon was a little disappointing as so busy and Onky day we could go. Booked speed boat into caves. Waited for 2nd boat which lessened time in sea before returning to return to Malta. Glad we did it but wouldn’t book speed boat as caves was not too impressive (seen better)!Read more”

Take a 20 to 25 minute ferry from Marfa or Ċirkewwa to Comino’s Blue Lagoon, passing the sea caves on selected departures. Stay as long as you like, then return to Malta on a later boat. You can also choose the Gozo option, but you must arrange your own ferry back to Malta from Mġarr Harbour.

“Just the perfect round trip. Not a fan of going under caves and this was the great as it took you up close but not under and smooth journey to blue lagoon. We took the option of going over to Gozo, and this again was a smooth transfer.”

4.From Sliema or Bugibba: Two Islands Ferry to Comino and Gozo

★★★★★★★★★★3.8 · 38 reviews · 7 hours · from $42

Take a seven-hour hop-on hop-off catamaran from Sliema or Bugibba to Gozo and Comino. Swim at the Blue Lagoon, explore Gozo independently, and choose which island to visit first. Outdoor and air-conditioned seating, onboard Wi-Fi, restrooms, and hotel transfers are included. Plan carefully, since Gozo time can feel short.

“As advertised, took us from Sliema to Gozo first, where we could decide to get off or stay and go immediately to Comino Blue Lagoon. We got off at the Mgarr port and 3 hours later the ship picked us up and took us to the blue lagoon where we could spend another 3 hours. You have to make your own adventure on Gozo after getting off the ship. There were bus services guys jumping at us to buy their services right as we got off. I can't recommend the hop on hop off bus tour around Gozo if you want to go to the Blue Lagoon later.”
